I have been investing, buying and selling real estate in the Sun Valley area for over 35 years. I believe real estate is one of the best investments you will make in your life. And as a testament to my belief, I currently own, invest and manage properties in the Sun Valley area, the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. While investing in real estate, I was a skipper on commercial fishing boats around Kodiak Alaska and then once I married, I was a manager for the Sun Valley Company. I currently have been married to a computer engineer for over 25 years and we own a home in the Warm Springs area just a mile from Baldy.

I also donate 5% of each transaction to a local non-profit organization in honor of my client after each transaction.
